Description
This beautifully shaped terracotta pot is a perfect shelter for earwigs. The beneficial insects are a great help in the garden where they like to eat aphids, spider mites and caterpillars.
Usage:
Either hang the earwig pot on an affected tree with a string or place it in the vegetable patch with a stick. If you hang the pot on a tree, it should have contact with twigs or branches so that the earwigs can crawl in and out easily. It should be filled either with nesting material for earwigs or with some straw or hay.
