Note from the manufacturer: Ideally, you should measure the circumference of your dog's neck with a flexible measuring tape that you place around the centre of the neck. The tape measure should fit snugly but not constrict your dog. Leave about a finger's width of space between the tape measure and your dog's neck. The adjustability of collars usually overlaps slightly, so you don't necessarily have to choose the first or last hole to find the best fit. If your dog's neck circumference is at the upper end of the specified measurements, you can choose the larger size instead, especially if your dog is still growing.
